Payment & Insurance
All payments for services are made at the time of your appointment. All new patient evaluations will require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time. This fee will be directly applied to the cost of your evaluation.
The Z Group does not participate with insurance but can provide you with a statement of services containing the necessary billing codes. Should you wish to submit services through insurance it would be your responsibility to send the required information to your insurance company directly.
The Z Group accepts all major credit cards, check, and cash. All virtual therapy appointments must be paid via credit card only.
Appointment Cancellation Policies
Should you cancel your new patient evaluation 48 hours before the start time of your appointment, the office will retain your $50 deposit.
Therapy appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time of your appointment will result in a charge for the full session amount.
Form Requests
There are times patients may request forms to be filled out on their behalf. A small fee will be implemented based on time required to complete the request.
